About Billingborough Cars & Commercials

We first started life as Billingborough Tractors and Commercials with our founder, Gordon Reynoldson starting from humble beginnings in a small workshop and building up to our current site on West Road, giving us enough space to deal with all sizes of vehicles.

Gordon employed his son-in-law, Ian Houlden to ensure that the legacy carried on, and Ian and his wife, Bev took the business from strength to strength, building new workshops and developing relationships. It now falls to the third generation with Russ who continues to lead the business with the high standards of workmanship and excellent customer care that have earned Billingborough Cars & Commercials the unbeatable reputation that it has today.

We’re based here in Billingborough, Sleaford, where we have both a lorry workshop with two large pits and bays, and a car workshop with three bays, one pit and an MOT bay – all on the same site so that all of our customers can benefit from our years of experience and the shared knowledge of the whole of our team.

When we started out in 1968 we worked mainly on tractors and commercials so we are fully equipped to deal with all agricultural vehicle and machinery repairs including pre-MOT inspections and presenting HGVs for MOTs. We are also able to make up new hydraulic pipes.

On the car and light commercial vehicle side, we offer all the services that you’d expect from a decent independent garage such as MOTs, warranty and post-warranty servicing, and everything from topping up your screenwash to replacing your clutch.
